Terms & Conditions – l444b Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the l444b online gaming platform, operated at l444b.pro (the "Platform"). To open and use an l444b account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. l444b strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request documentary proof of age (such as a National Identity Card or passport) during KYC verification at any time.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player under any self-exclusion scheme you have previously entered into with l444b or any other gaming operator. If you are currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, you must not attempt to open a new account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using your account. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Account sharing, account selling, and proxy betting are all prohibited.

Where verification cannot be completed to l444b's satisfaction, l444b may withhold funds pending resolution or permanently close the account with a return of any unencumbered balance.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account with l444b. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, l444b may close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus funds, and retain any winnings generated through the duplicate account pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. l444b will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other channel.

• You must notify l444b immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• l444b is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised person where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure or by your voluntary disclosure of those credentials.
• Account verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed. l444b may request copies of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time during the account's life.
• l444b reserves the right to place a temporary hold on your account and any associated funds where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. Such holds will be investigated and resolved within a reasonable timeframe, and l444b will communicate the reason for any such hold to you upon request.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no deposit, no wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. l444b will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable maintenance fees, will be disclosed to the account holder in writing prior to any deductions being made.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on l444b are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l444b does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency. There is no currency conversion on this platform — what you deposit in taka remains in taka throughout your account's lifecycle.

Deposits are accepted via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the point of transaction. l444b does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside of l444b's control.

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. l444b does not permit withdrawals to payment methods or accounts that were not used for deposits on the account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval for fully verified accounts. l444b targets a processing time of under 4 hours for standard withdrawal requests during normal operating conditions.
• l444b reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request. Where such checks are initiated, the processing timeline may be extended. l444b will notify the account holder that a review is in progress and will aim to conclude it within five (5) business days.
• Funds that have been credited to your account as a result of a payment error, a technical malfunction, or a fraudulent transaction by a third party do not constitute valid account balance. l444b reserves the right to reverse such erroneous credits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a chargeback being initiated by you or your payment provider against a deposit made to your l444b account, l444b reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, reverse any associated withdrawals or winnings, and pursue recovery of any funds already paid out.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

l444b may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific offer terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
